Concerts<\/strong><\/p>\nConcerts are part of the lesson program. There is one concert per school year.<\/p>\n
The date will be announced no later than November\/December 2026.<\/p>\n
If absence is communicated more than 6 weeks in advance, the concert fee will not be charged.
For later cancellations, no refund is possible. Students are scheduled 6 weeks in advance (morning\/afternoon), and this schedule is final.<\/p>\n
Exceptions may be made in consultation.<\/p>\n
The concert fee is \u20ac11 per concert per student and covers venue rental and material costs.<\/p>\n
Additional Costs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Sheet music with studio license is included. Other books\/materials are at the student\u2019s own expense.<\/li>\n
- Extra lessons outside regular lesson weeks, such as during holidays, will be invoiced separately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Lesson Replacement in Exceptional Circumstances<\/strong><\/p>\nIf necessary, Piano Lessons Utrecht may arrange a qualified substitute teacher.
If no replacement is possible, missed lessons will be compensated or credited in consultation.<\/p>\n
Final Provision<\/strong><\/p>\nThis lesson agreement may be amended at any time by Piano Lessons Utrecht.
Any changes will always be communicated directly. All mentioned dates and prices are subject to change; no rights can be derived from them.<\/p>\n
